Description:
The 6FTFS flour milling machine is the united machine of flour extractor and plansifter, which adopts flour extractor to separator bran and plansifter to pick up flour. It avoids the bran going into the plansifter and bran is classified in the extractor and fall into the mill again. Only the semolina and flour fall into plansifter to be classified, for getting good semolina. Its classification sieve can be divided again. Upper stock goes into S system or B system and below stock goes into M system.

As a result of flour extractor separating the bran, the problem of bran easy to block the plansifter channel was resolved. Meanwhile, it can increase the wheat moisture to make wheat rolling easily and to get big-size bran. Because of the force classify in flour extractor, it can't avoid that little bran may goes into plansifter. But in the plansifter, because of natural classification, heavy and small-size granule comes to the bottom, while light and large-size material goes to the upper. The flour quality is the same as that getting from the plansifter milling machinery. In addition, because the bran does not go into the plansifter, it saves the sifting area, because bran does not go into the plansifter, it saves the sifting area decreases the quantity of plansifter and then reduces the cost.

The workshop requirement of model 65FTFS series milling machinery isn't high (7000*4500 W*H) It is the replacement of flour extractor series.
